New Server Build

This is just kinda a server I'm considering building... give me your thoughts. Mainly just going to be used to stream media (2 computers max), and store files. The two WDs will be mirrored. Thanks!

I would not get that mainboard as it's not capable of using ECC RAM, which brings me to the next point. Do yourself a favour and get ECC memory.

If you want a decent power supply I really would recommend Seasonic (with at least gold standard), the best quality of all "lower-price" power supplies. I've built lots of Seasonic power supplies into computers and most of them are still alive.

Have a look at the Fractal Design Node 304 or the 804. They should do fine for you.
The core series are quite the cheapest quality you get from Fractal Design.

No. From the built in WiFi that you will likely never get to work to the audio that you absolutely don't need, this is a system board that is totally wrong to even think of using for FreeNAS. Don't even try.

Like the system board, this NON ECC memory is not correct for FreeNAS.

Honestly, I think the case is too small to permit good airflow to keep the components, especially the drives, cool.

You should follow the advice of @loch_nas and avail yourself of the hardware guide, then develop a new plan.
