I bought everything! I want to be sure i my flow will work:

1) Save .db config
2) Shutdown the old system
3) Unplug USB stick Boot
3) Move my HDDs from the old system to the new one
4) Plug the USB stick Boot
5) Starting the new system
6) Importing the HHDs

It will work or i need to reinstall the system and, after, restoring it from .db file? Will my jails works?

If you are using the old USB flash drive, you should be able to move it too. Usually the only thing you might need to change is the NIC configuration.

Certainly possible, and even recommended.

I imagined! In this case, however, I should redo the installation of the system? And, after that, if i restore my .db will everything work?

Not necessary; you can add a second drive to mirror the first, as long as the second is at least as large as the first. See the manual for details.

Thank you!!! :D I'll use 2 identical stick.
It can be useful doing a memory test for the ram? (MemTest86)

That's always a good precaution ;)
I'll do it!
Is there anything else that i have to pay attention or do before starting my system?

I'm waiting for the RAM and i will finish the build.

I want to improve my airflow inside this case, i made a little draw to explain:
- The arrow represent the flow direction of the fan that i already have
- The red zone are 3 free fan space (120mm)

And i have 2 answer:
- I need to direct the flow of the CPU Cooler (Cooler Master Hyper T4 with 120mm fan), which is the best way? to the back or to the top?
- I have another fan to add, where is the best place? Bottom, lateral side o top?

Sorry for my stupid question, probably is better to put fan in all place... But i like to limit the noise!

Leave top open with no fan, aim cpu cooler pointed air flow up (out the open top hole for the most part)
Place fan on bottom blowing up into the box
Switch fan on rear to blow into box
Leave fan on front blowing into the box
Three fans blowing in, one hole at top to vent heat

PSU has no effect on flow within case, ignore it.

I'm a big proponent of positive pressure within the enclosure to keep dust from entering
all the cracks and crevices, of course this becomes irrelevant if you don't filter the fans:rolleyes:

You only have 1 fan for your hdd's? You should worry about cooling them first. CPU will be just fine as long as there is a cooler on it.

Really thanks!! It will be a good choice to put another fan at the top for outake or I must have an hole?

For now I have only 5 drive that are cooled, I think, enough! Underload, with 24 C in the room, My drive remain between 20-30 degrees. That's good enough?

I recommended open hole at the top for less noise...
See what the heat level is first, if you see higher drive temps, add a fan blowing out through the top, should help exhaust some more BTUs

Sorry my friend but this is not possible (drive temp below ambient room temp):p

Here in the hot Texas summers, my old A/C system will run 24/7 when the outside temps
reach 40 degrees Celsius. When those times occur, the ambient air inside my house
will not go below 29 degrees (the drives in my server idle about 10 degrees above ambient)
therefore my server must be shut down until the heatwave is over.
The ambient temps today have risen to 24 (no A/C turned on yet this year)
and smart is currently reporting drives at 34 :D
I'm nothing if not consistent ;)
