How this look for a build?

MB: Super X10SRL-F
CPU: Intel® E5-1620v4
MM: 96GB(6x 16GB) D4-2400Mhz, ECC/Reg 288-Pin Sdram
HD: 10x WD 80EFZX
CASE: Supermicro SC826TQ-R720LPB

Should the E5-1620 cpu be swapped with a E5-1650v4?

Plenty beefy. I'd upgrade the CPU if it's cheap/free. Also depends on if you intend to do things like add jails/Plex transcoding/etc. or do very heavy SMB use (as Samba is single-threaded). Unless you have a heavy duty use case, either is really overkill.
