Multi Shares on one volume

I just setup my freeNAS box and its working great.

Except for one thing.

My Setup
160GB - OS Drive
4 x 500GB RAID 5

Windows Shares:

Movies PATH /mnt/Media
Music PATH /mnt/Media
Photos PATH /mnt/Media
Apps PATH /mnt/Media
Downloads PATH /mnt/Media
Docs PATH /mnt/Media

No matter which folder I go to I see all the files. I think it has something to do with the mount point but I do not know how to create sub-directories on the volume.
