Moving to New Storage Array

I'm currently using a Rackable 3016 cabinet for my storage system linked to a IBM M1015 card running in IT mode. I recently purchased a Dell MD1200 to replace the rackable cabinet. Will I need to do anything other than swap the drives on over to the new cabinet?

Should be fine as long as it is just a backplane and not a RAID shelf.
