Missing downloads

Hi. So I have FreeNAS 9.10.2 running with plex, sickrage, couchpotato and transmission and all of that integrates and work fine for what I need. But on the odd occasion I like to download iso files for example linux mint. The iso's get added to transmission and download but once they finish they vanish. They do not appear on my completed folder and I cannot locate them. Can anyone advise me either where they go, if anywhere or which the culprit is that is making them vanish.

Can anyone advise me either where they go, if anywhere

I would try the find command.
find /path/you/want/to/search -name *.iso
It will search recursively in the starting path you specify.

Are they still in transmission? Check what path they have.
