Transmission -Missing files?

Ok, I'm no torrent or transmission expert. This is my first setup and it is kind of hard to follow. Is it working or isn't it. I just watched a file go green and now I can't find it. My setup is as per Joshua's guide.
Transmission is setup to download into /mnt/media/downloads/transmission/complete and FreeNas is set up as follows /mnt/cormadVolume/jails/sabnzbd_1/mnt/media/downloads/transmission/complete. I don't mean to ask a stupid question but are these the same location? Makes sense now if so. Within the complete folder I have a movie and tv folder.

Second Question.
How does my system know whether sabnzb is downloading or transmission ? Is that handled by couchpotato and sickrage? That brings up the next question of when it fails. Couchpotato handles it very well but I can't tell with Transmission. If I thought I could get all my episodes and movies with usenet I may stop using torrents...opinions please.

sickrage/couchpotato know where they sent the download. you should be able to tell if something failed with CP>transmission in the CP logs, or nzbToMedia logs in /usr/local/share/nzbToMedia. but, torrents rarely fail, if they don't work it's because no one is seeding that file.

Can I send you my nzbToMedia log file. I will shorthen it, but is catching errors and not handling my Transmission properly. Or copy and paste a section here.?

did you happen to set "Torrent_NoLink = 1" in your autoProcessMedia.cfg in the tv and movie sections? I use to have that set on my blog, but removed it recently because I think it caused SR/CP to not see the files.

Ok, I don't remember changing it. It was set to 1 in a few locations. I changed it to 0 and saved. Will test tonight.

not sure what you are asking, those too files exist by default.

I was running fine on other server transmission and sickrage, and copied that file to the system that iam having problems. Will restart and see

you don't need to edit settings.json directly, and rc.conf is editted for you by the 'sysrc' command.
