LSI passed through to FN in ESXi - why no drives?

I can't get the SAS connected drives to show up in FN. I don't know why. It should be supported. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere? Please... have a look at the info and screenshots and let me know if you spot the problem. I've read all kinds of stuff and not seeing whats wrong here.

Any info here would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

System:

X11SSH-CF With onboard LSI3008 controller for 8 SAS3
XEON E3-1225 v6

I have been going through his huge build thread. Just about half way through. But there's a lot of differences. Is there anything in particular that could apply here?

You've enabled the device for passthrough, but unless it's lower in your scroll window, you haven't actually added it (as a "PCI device") to the VM.

Might want to do that. ;)

You GENIUS... that's freaking rad. :D

Clicked Add other Device > PCI Device ... and look at that pretty little form field...

And now MS FreeNAS haz de drives! woohoo.
