HP 2TB Simple Set External Drives Spin Down Automatically

Hello,
Been running FreeNAS 8.0 release for a few months now, been using 4 of these drives, the only issue is they all spin down, I have FreeNAS configured to keep them awake constantly but I think something deeper down is spinning them down. Its not a huge issue but I would rather they stay awake, and no removing the drives from the enclosure is not an option.
