what is the name and model of your router? Also in router config, do you have guest network enabled? Are you connected to that guest network?

is your SSID 1 Bound with the other LAN ports? And your connection type Bridge or Router? (this is assuming you have same web GUI built in). But you should have Bindings options on either selection Router or Bridge.
