How to Automatically Copy Weekly Backups to Another Network Disk in TrueNAS?

Hello TrueNAS community,

I have been using TrueNAS for a while now, and I am looking for a way to set up automatic weekly backups and copy these backups to another network disk. Can anyone guide me on how to achieve this?

1-) How auto backup?
2-) How auto send this backup another network encrypted folder? (with username and password)
