Freenas8 upnp question

NVM just realized 8 doesnt have upnp.

I am considering building a freenas box for hosting my bluray collection. I was wondering if upnp transcoding in freenas would make mkv files with dts audio playable on my ps3.

I appreciate any information you may be able to provide.
