freenas wont boot :(

I have a shoehorned freenas / serviio on my shuttle PC..

the freenas side was working fine, up untill i turned the shutle off as few weeks ago,

came back today to do some more work on it, and i get a boot menu, which times out..

any attempts to start freenas get a cant load kernal error

any ideas?

I run freenas as a standalone nas, no monitor etc

Question: What version of FreeNAS ? Since you have Serviio installed I assume .7 and you should be posting in the FreeNAS .7 Forum (follow link above)

If using FreeNAS 8, please start another thread on how to install Serviio on FreeNAS 8.

Unfortunately the info you gave is not enough to troubleshoot your problem. It could be a corrupt boot drive, bad power supply, MB, RAM, CPU, etc...
