File turns into a 4.39 EB File

I've some videos files store on FreeNAS I ran a WinDir Stat to find out what was using space and it highlighted a file that should be ~120MB but was 4.39EB that's 4605266.1 TB on a system of 6 x 4 TB drives in RAIDZ2!

Any ideas what can cause this - it's happened twice in the same folder

I think you need to post a few screen captures to show what you are specifically looking at.

I'll venture a guess that it's strictly a client problem.
