File not available after reboot

I am using a FreeNAS 8.0.3 system with (FreeNAS-8.0.3-RELEASE-x86 (9395) firmware. I experienced a power outage which brought down the system for a few minutes. Upon power up one of the files that was open is now reporting a problem. It's an MS Outlook PST file and when I try to open, copy, move or do anything with the file i get a Windows error "an unexpected error is keeping you from copying this file.....Error 0x8007045D...the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

Any ideas on what to do to salvage the file?

restore from a snapshot or backup whatever is most convenient.

Wintendos fileaccessmethods is, to be polite, unsafe. This is what you have experienced.

To prevent simular accidents invest in an UPS.
