Hi, i just got email regarding one of my ZFS array, at first i thought my drive had died. After stopping my server and remove the affect drive to check if it works on another computer. It worked perfectly and i check smart data and show no problem/errors. It is problem the drive? Should i replace it ASAP? So I rebooted back into freenas and re check the cable and found out the drive show up again on drives list. Could the problem be the power cable? Maybe the drive power cycled?

My ZFS results:

So after a remounted the array/volume i get a different error. From what i believed there is nothing wrong with my drive. What should i do next? Should i replace the drive with new drive or just zpool clear and use existing drive?

Freenas Version: FreeNAS-11.0-U4 (54848d13b)

CPU: Fx6300
RAM: 16GB DDR3
Hard Drives: 2x2TB WD REDs 2x4TB SEAGATE IRONWOLF
FreeNAS-11.0-U4 (54848d13b)

I have switch out the sata data cable and reset the ZFS pool. I will scrub/check again tonight see if the error reappear.

...which will do nothing about the load cycle count of nearly 1M. That's already well over the drive's lifetime spec. WDIDLE will keep the number from increasing (much) in the future.

Hardware specs means what part did you use to make your system. Motherboard, nic, could, psu, memory, hdd controller, case and anything else important.
