Error 19

Good day every1. I recently installed freeNAS and everything was working fine for about a week until last week friday when the FreeNAS couldn't get to console setup. I kept geeting this error saying ".................. host name not found....." I tried a few but none did work. I decided to format the flash drive where i installed FreeNAS and do the whole installation process all over. Now it can't even install and I keep getting this error "......................FreeNAS_INSTALL failed with error 19". You can also find attached a snapshot of my monitor screen.

Can you provide details about the hardware you're trying to install on? Such as motherboard, CPU, memory etc. You're more likely to get a response.
