ee - Cannot exit from shell

While using the shell from the GUI and using the "ee" text editor, I cannot use the escape to exit. The screen updates and the escape menu goes away. VI works thankfully. I submitted a bug report.

Since upgrading to 9.1 I've had the same issue when accessing the webUI via a Mozilla based browser, it used to work properly in 8.3.1. The problem doesn't occur in Safari. However, I have noticed that if I paste text into the shell when running ee the entire shell session terminates. Fortunately this doesn't seem to affect the file being edited but it does mean I can only make changes by hand, which is frustrating when I have a large amount of text to add.
