no cronjob
no device which connects to the nas
Short SelfTest every 3 days
Long Selt-test 8,22 every Month
Scrub Every Month

I dont know what the Hdds are doing? Are they anyway in standby?
First try: unplugged the lan, but it still happens.

It's probably related to activity writing to your system dataset. By default it's located on your pool. You could move it to your SSD.

In general we don't recommend trying to spin down your disks. It can be harder on your disks, than letting them spin continuously.
