Crashplan not starting

I tried to install the crashplan, and i added public IP's to my server installed the plugin and when i tried to start it after a while of it not doing anything it says " some error occurred" i am somewhat new to freenas i used to dabble in it before IX took over.

Here is what i would like;

I would like to be able to send computer backups from remote offices to the freenas plugin in the datacenter.
I know crashplan will do what i want, but i am not sure how to get it to work in pfsense.

everything is updated and freshly installed Xeon E-3 v2 2x 3TB seagate drives in no raid. i told freenas to mirror tho.
