Cannot install 11.1-U2

Hello,

I can install 11.1-U1 without any problem but when I try to install 11.1-U2 I get
"cannot mount root from ufs:/dev/Md=.uzip error 19"

I install from an .iso file with correct check sum.

Hardware specs?

On bare metal or in a virtualized environment?

In a virtualized environment.
The installation ISO in an internal VM storage on the main driver.

U1 works ok but problem with plugin installations as posted in another thread.
Something is not stable since the first time I installed U1 I could install plugins.
I uninstalled U1 and tested another OS and after a reinstallation of U1 the plugin installation does not work. I have reinstalled ESXi but that does not help either.

HP ML10v2
Xeon
32 GB RAM
Main driver connected to the MB.
Storage via a separate HDA LSI.
ESXi 6.0.0 HPE

Update
Manual update to 11.1-U2 works.
Still same problem with plugins.
Get these errors depending where in the process the error sets.
