I tried upgrading my 11.0-U4 to 11.1-U2 and have run into some major issues. I do not thin the upgrade was finished correctly. On reboot to returns to 11.0.
When I lok at the boot menu I do see 11.1, but if I select it it gets stuck in a loop about missing the 'site' module.
Reboot back to 11.0 and started having network issues connecting by name.
In System/boot/ I still see a number of updates pending but when I click Check Now it responses with
'Update: FreeNAS-11.1-U2 has already been applied. Please activate 11.1-U2 via the Boot Environment Tab and Reboot to use this updated version."
Should I try to run the pending updates again?
Is there a way to beck out the 11.1 broken install and try again?
Is there a way (and is it better) to upgrade from CLI?
