FreeNAS 11.2-U1

Detect that when on remote system I start use attached iSCSI disk for write
On FreeNAS system have start messaging about error disk (device: ATA error count increased ...)
but cable checked, reattached, and errors on differ disk can be.

If use SAMBA services, NOT HAVE any errors on disk.
S.M.A.R.T. status of all disks is OK.

Disks SATA, WD RED 2TB. Connected to MB ASUS P10S-E/4L (Intel® C236), 32G RAM ECC.
ZFS, RAID Z2, 8 disks.

Error " device: ATA error" start only if used iSCSI connection and then error continue fill log until POWER CYCLE of MB.
Reset of system not help for remove error "device: ATA error", only after POWER CYCLE of MB can help to use normally system.

Must sector size by always be 512 bytes for iscsi vol ?

Scrub on zpool ok.

when start: zpool scrub
have diag message some times: interrupt storm detect on "irq265:"; throttling interrupt source

No solution still, for more testing wait new RAID Controller SAS 3008 (Supermicro AOC-S3008L-L8I).
I wish that with same disk , same configuration OS but with SAS 3008 all should be OK.

With new RAID Controller SAS 3008 and new cables, work next day w/o errors.
When I reconnect HDD (4 hdd on mini-HD SAS cable) back to MB SATA and reuse one new cable with MB then errors back on use iSCSI service.

I believe I am running into the same issue with my own c236-based SuperMicro X11SAE-O board and 11.2u1. I have two SSD's in a zfs mirror as my boot pool on the c236, and this has not caused any issue. As soon as I added two spinning disks, I immediately started seeing those same errors.

On my 9305-16i, the same drives that throw errors work flawlessly. I have to assume the onboard controller just does not play nice with spinning disks + freebsd. Really not sure.
