SOLVED Best practice for Plex Transcoder temporary directory?

I found a movie with an .idx and .sub file also. Copied that from my old to new TrueNAS server. Plays without any issues on the new one also.

Edit: looks like when the .sub and .idx files are present the video stream is transcoding also. I just removed those two files for the movie and then the video is listed as Direct Stream in the Dashboard instead of transcoding.
