I think it could be interesting to add the ability to update the system with one click from the gui, so you push the update button and the system itself check if there is a new version of the firmware and ask you to install it.
It can save time updating multiple instalations remotely because the firmware is downloaded localy, and I won't have to upload it to every sever over the network.
