After the start always IP 0.0.0.0

Hello,

I always get an IP address of 0.0.0.0 when I start up. What could be the reason for this?
In the BIOS I have only enabled everything that I can run WOL, which also does not work.
When the computer is off and I try to run WOL from Windows with a program, the motherboard Gigabyte GA-F2A78M-HD2 is recognized under the IP or MAC address.
I can go after starting TrueNAS in the small menu to reconfigure the network, all is useless, it always comes back 0.0.0.0.
I have already changed cables, changed connections (router or switch), nothing helps.
How do I get back to the known IP address? In the FritzBox is set that the computer should always get the same IP, which had always worked until now.

Don't use DHCP, set a static IP on that interface.

I reset the BIOS, now it was running normally again.
