9.3.1 upgrade doesn't change build number?

I upgraded from 9.3 stable (FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201509022158) to 9.3.1 today but I don't see either version number or build number changed after the upgrade. is this expected?

I double checked new upgrade and there aren't any pending now...

Expected, it's just being called 9.3.1 because of the changes that went into it.
