2 failed drives in my array. Seeking advice.

Okay, so you just added some complexity. I did not realize the drives had been removed and replaced. They should not become part of the pool since they have been removed, correctly I hope.

The first 2 drives were physically pulled from the server for testing but were not replaced in the array. The 3rd drive was (3rd image above) and is now a spare again. So the two relevant drives have not been replaced and still have all the stripes and data on them needed for them to be added back into the array.

Reconnect those and hopefully they will resilver on their own. Let that complete before doing anything else.
