1.1.1.1 DNS Server

Has anyone started using the new 1.1.1.1 DNS server? They claim "Privacy First: Guaranteed," and also say their lookup is three times faster than Google's 8.8.8.8.

Some tests I've seen do suggest lower latency than Google, but I haven't tested it myself.

I Literally just got done running GRC's DNS benchmark tool and it was't any faster and was actually slower that Google, OpneDNS and my ISP DNS servers. But it is encrypted.

I started running 1.1.1.1 for a bit on my unbound DNS resolver as the recursor.

I found the performance nothing special, and furthermore, I found a higher-than-typical no-reply rate. Both Google and Quad9 seem better to me.
