So what exactly is this telling me ? The pool looks great.

Pool DISK11 state is ONLINE: One or more devices has experienced an unrecoverable error. An attempt was made to correct the error. Applications are unaffected.

Read error, but ZFS corrected it.

Look for a CKSUM (checksum) error on the detailed pool status, and check SMART stats on the associated drive.

Do a cable check and/or tray reseat if SMART doesn't show a hard error. Checksums often are a result of the connection path being interrupted. Could be as simple as a loose or oxidized connector.
