I don't understand the question. Are you asking whether the official docs are accurate?
I was wondering which was the best way.
I replaced the drive and it rebuilt.
I restarted the Nas and now it is part of the Pool.

The problem is that he tells me that the Pool is ONLINE but unhealty with 1 error.
You can help me?

EDIT:
I ran the command: zpool status -v
the result is:
root@freenas[~]# zpool status -v pool: Volume state: ONLINE status: One or more devices has experienced an error resulting in data corruption. Applications may be affected. action: Restore the file in question if possible. Otherwise restore the entire pool from backup. see: https://openzfs.github.io/openzfs-docs/msg/ZFS-8000-8A scan: resilvered 440G in 02:04:11 with 1 errors on Thu Mar 17 20:52:19 2022 config: NAME STATE READ WRITE CKSUM Volume ONLINE 0 0 0 raidz1-0 ONLINE 0 0 0 gptid/333704a1-2c13-11eb-8a08-e83935f08f74 ONLINE 0 0 0 gptid/67684801-a61a-11ec-8d38-e83935f08f74 ONLINE 0 0 0 gptid/334f6632-2c13-11eb-8a08-e83935f08f74 ONLINE 0 0 0 gptid/33637370-2c13-11eb-8a08-e83935f08f74 ONLINE 0 0 0 errors: Permanent errors have been detected in the following files: /mnt/Volume/Film/Fantozzi/Fantozzi va in pensione.avi pool: freenas-boot state: ONLINE status: Some supported features are not enabled on the pool. The pool can still be used, but some features are unavailable. action: Enable all features using 'zpool upgrade'. Once this is done, the pool may no longer be accessible by software that does not support the features. See zpool-features(5) for details. scan: scrub repaired 0B in 00:04:27 with 0 errors on Thu Mar 17 03:49:27 2022 config:
etc. "no problem"

then I deleted the file that gave the error "Fantozzi va in pensione.avi" and started the scrub.
Once finished I did a nas reboot and now is ok, all green and online.
Thank you at all
