TrueNas Scale Alert - Don't Understand

I've seen warnings that I've had before, but just didn't understand them and wanted to ask what that means. I've been using TrueNas for about half a year, but I can't get along with the error code, so an explanation or what to do would be very helpful.

Thanks very much. I wasn't aware of that and the hard drive was also in use on my main computer before it was in the NAS, so it's also older.

In the current system there are 4 Seagate BarraCuda Compute 4TB and I will gradually exchange them for Seagate IronWolf NAS HDD +Rescue 4TB. does that make sense?

Does your suggestion apply to my situation? I think I may be having the same issue. Please note I posted in another thread before I saw this one. Please forgive me.
