Have a look at this for starters

Quick glance shows both drives with high counts of 187 attribute...

So no SMART Tests have been ever ran on these drives before? Even after so many hours:

Drive 1 is bad. Drive 2 is not bad (yet).

As @Mirfster mentioned, no SMART tests have been run. In the bottom of my signature is a link to Hard Drive Troubleshooting and it tells you how to run the tests. Run a SMART Long test on drive 2 and then report the same output that you did above for hard drive 2. Hard drive 1 is already bad, I'd RMA the drive.

Please note that you should use CODE tags, not CMD tags, for everything longer than a single line.

Drive 2 is not bad (yet).
It's thrown a few serious errors during operation, so I'd hesitate to say it's not bad.

While there are several error messages, those messages occurred in the 6200 hour range while the drive is now at the 18000 hour range. I can't say that those errors were not self induced but all I can say is they haven't occurred in over 11,832 hours and I cannot say the drive is bad yet because the IDs do not indicate there is a hardware failure of the drive yet. If I missed something, sincerely please point it out. I'm not all knowing. Please keep in mind that I did say "yet" in my posting above. We should wait until the long test has been completed first.

...and schedule regular SMART tests on all your drives, and make sure to update that schedule when you replace a drive. Schedule is up to you, but I'd recommend no less frequently than a short test weekly and a long test monthly. I run short tests daily and long tests weekly.
