Code:
  5 Reallocated_Sector_Ct 0x0033 097 097 010 Pre-fail Always - 3848
197 Current_Pending_Sector 0x0012 046 035 000 Old_age Always - 8904

There are 3848 bad blocks on the drive, and also 8904 undecided, which are supposedly defective, but that's to be decided at some later time (in fact, these are also defective). The drive is to be replaced under warranty, or discarded if it is not possible.

I see a long list of short SMART tests in the drive data, but only one long SMART test. I don't know what your testing frequency is normally but there appears to be about 2000 hours between the last short test and the failed long test. I would suggest setting your system up to do daily short tests and weekly long tests on the drives and take the test results seriously.

The number of hours on this drive is around 4 years so it is probably well beyond the warranty period and I would suggest you start planning to replace all the similar drives you are using. I use Seagate Barracuda drives also and the last batch I had started to fail regularly between the four year and five year mark. I was replacing a drive every month up to when I had two failures on the same day. Then I bought a bunch of new drives and replaced them all.
They are just getting close to the end of life. Time to plan for it.
