Zpool with 2 vdevs does this look right?

I am a complete noob to this but I did have FN7 before I did a new update to FN8
First is a pic of my zpool.

Next is a pic of my drives. Why does the first set of 4 drives look like this (example ada2 and ada2p2.nop) and the other set of 4 looks normal?

Those pictures are useless. The Forum will auto downsize them to something like 100k or something. You'll have to post them somewhere else..

Do you think the view disk picture shows pairs of hard drives in the first vdev cause I never formatted my drives? I was using these drives on FN7 moved all the data off and started new FN8 but did not format the drives.
If that is the case what should I format them with?
