SOLVED X10SL7 Power Fail LED

Hello,

I recently configured a x10sl7. when finished i checked all connections and seems ok. But, in the first test i plug the power cord in first PSU and PSU fan started (orange light)... i have no experience with this kind of machines, don't know if its normal (chassis 745tq-r800b).
Front panel led does not work, and power button do nothing. In motherboard led LE6 shows red light what means "power fail".
In backpane i only connected sata cables and the two power connectors.

LE3 (Standby Power LED) is ON. BMC LED (LE5) is blinking green color that also seems ok. Don't know why is not booting.

I don't undestand, led is showing a power fail but now is starting and changes to green. I though should be orange for standby.

The problem now is that makes a continious beep. fans are working but i power down system because want to know what this beep means.

i discovered it is because only one of redundant power supplies was connected. Now is working well :)
