Windows 7 VM "Boot Failed"

I've been attempting to create a Win7 VM. I read through the VM section in the doc, set everything up as recommended, and assigned an ISO, but every time I boot I get the following message:

Boot Failed. EFI DVD/CDROM
Boot Failed. EFI Misc Device

I have now tried three different ISO images; all had the EFI boot folder, and all failed with the same result. I have tried a Win10 ISO and it booted straight to the installer. It feels like this is an issue with Win7 specifically.
Once I proceed to the EFI shell, I've tried to navigate to the virtual CD to try to manually start setup, but no luck.

I had a similar issue. Setting the Boot Method to UEFI instead of UEFI-CSM fixed it.

It's been way too long, but I haven't gotten mine solved. I've tested with about four different ISO images. Three just give a blank VNC screen. The fourth gives the error I initally encountered. Just started playing with it again, tonight, and will update if anything comes to pass.
