Will Not POST

This combination should work but I have been able to get it to POST. Before I send the MB back does anyone have any ideas to troubleshoot?

Purchased and built specs:
Supermicro Motherboard: X11SSL-CF-O for LGA 1151 CPU
CPU: INTEL Xeon E3-1220 v6 LGA 1151
Memory: Kingston Technology ValueRAM 16GB 2133MHz DDR4 ECC CL15 DIMM 2Rx8 Desktop Memory

Re-seat the CPU and RAM. Also double check that you have the correct pins for the power/reset buttons.
