Where are the old archived files gone?

I'm trying to upgrade from 9.2.0 to 11 and first need to install 9.3.0.

If I browse to https://download.freenas.org/archived/9.3/
I get a 404 not found. Same for 9.3.1

Where can I get the archived files in order for me to do a incremental upgrade?

That's weird, probably some CDN weirdness. File a bug report and post the issue number here, please.
