Being new to ZFS, and a humble student, I have some questions:
1. Does "Set permission recursively" mean that the selected permissions are applied to the current directory as well as to all subdirectories?
2. When you add a folder using the Finder in OS X, it does not show up in the WEBGUI as a volume. However, when you create a zfs dataset, it shows up as a folder in Finder.
So the consequence of this is that some folders have additional characteristics (the zfs characteristics) which are not visible through the Finder interface.
3. What is the difference between a "ZFS Dataset" and a "ZFS Volume"? And what is the relation to the original ZFS concept of a "ZFS filesystem"?
4. Am I correct in assuming that the WebGUI term Volume is the same as a zpool in Sun parlance?
Awsome system!

Peter
