volumes not loading

Hi newbie...really need help..talk through as my afp://freenas._afpovertcp.local does not connect on iMac for Plex .... FreeNAS server is connected and shows on finder and an virgin media hub....plex shows info but error on film as it shows. unavailable......
help guidance needed........

I suggest that you do not use the AFP protocol. Apple has deprecated it in the latest version of MacOS.

I recommend you use SMB (Samba). Check out the resources section of the forum for various how-to's and guidance.
