VM remove error: "dataset does not exist" after data loss

Good morning,

I tried something with LanCache during the night and then the Raid-0 controller went down.

But as you can see in the picture and in the errorlog: I can't delete the VM from the webinterface now.

Is there a trick in the shell or something to delete it?

The RAID controller makes a Raid-0 from 4 1TB disks.
This raid is simply included in Truenas as a separate pool.
I created an Ubuntu VM in Truenas on the pool and allocated 2TB.
After a while the controller crashed.
No chance to set it back up!

I had to remove it because it made my Truenas totally unusable. (for whatever reason, no login to the web interface, etc.)

You could take some inspiration from this post and create the dataset with matching names to have something for the GUI to remove...

Deleting a "Zombie Pool"

I recently created myself a "Zombie Pool" by yanking out a temporary USB disk I had attached to do a backup/restore, but hadn't exported from the GUI before destroying at the CLI. This results in the GUI thinking the pool still exists, but isn't currently available, so it remains in the list...

Somehow logically. have also thought of something like that, but thought that then any unique data are missing!

I have click zombie style createt a pool. and a dataset mit the old names. Worked!
