Virtualization error in SCALE

This hardware WAS running CORE, since it's a DEV box, I wanted to play with SCALE.

I had VMs running in CORE without issue, BIOS settings have not changed.

When I go to create a VM in SCALE, I am told that virtualization is not enabled....yet it appears to be in lscpu: Both AMD-V shows and SVM is listed in the flags. Any ideas?
