Unable to create pool with single drive

I'm pretty sure I could do this in the past. I can't find any configuration that only needs one drive when creating a pool.

A stripe can be created if you have a single data drive. If you are trying to use your boot drive also as the single data drive, that will not happen. Maybe a little more information would help?
