Two questions

Two issues I'm having:

1. i can't start the S.M.A.R.T. service, but I'm not receiving an error when I try to start it. I click the image to start the service and I get a broken image icon instead of 'on.'

2. I can't see my drives' serial numbers. The Serial for each drive reports as 'Unknown'.

dziring - Can you post what version you're using? It really helps so people with the same version can try and verify the problem.
