Looks like it's possibly a thing with FreeBSD 11 and sqlite.

That's unfortunate, will try to load VM next. Do you think downgrading the sqlite3 to an older version could fix this?

That link I gave, sir, shows specifically how to patch the sqlite3 pkg so that this might not occur. No reason to downgrade anything.

If you try that, please report back as to how it works. Right now, I only have FreeNAS 11 on a test box, with no jails, so I can't install it myself to try to duplicate your problem without some hassle. But if that's necessary, I will do it after we've exhausted the easy options.
