First, that hardware is not appropriate for FreeNAS at all. You need 8GB of RAM, it should certainly be ECC, and you should be using server-grade.

That being said, it appears that your hardware doesn't seem to be compatible because of the cd0 errors. Not sure what the problem as the errors are a fairly generic error message, but you definitely have a hardware problem. Note that I'm not saying the hardware is broken, it's almost certainly not compatible, which is why we don't recommend your hardware at all.

I remember that the NAS can be made from any old computer, even from a laptop ... Moreover, these errors occur before the window setup menu ...
RAM enough, the minimum requirements specified 4GB of RAM. Processor enough for tasks such as a home NAS. Though not in this MB RAID controller, it can make itself FreeNAS.I read in magazines, otherwise I would not contrive anything ...
ISO can be damaged, overinflated.

It may be that 4GB of RAM was sufficient for earlier versions of FreeNAS, but the current documentation insists that 8GB is the minimum if the ZFS filesystem is to be used (UFS is OK with less RAM, but UFS support is being discontinued). Further, ECC RAM is required: FreeNAS will run without it, but your files are far more likely to suffer corruption without it.

Please refamiliarize yourself with our manual at doc.freenas.org, the stickies in the forum, or even my noobie presentation.. You'll find that you are incorrect.

Good day to you sir.

Thanks, i'm install 8 Gb RAM and try again.
By the way, do we need a budget NAS Atom, the performance of my iron is enough ...
Just put a little more memory.
By the way, you can put on a hard disk system, not on the flash card ??? If you put on your hard disk, on which one is better? Separate or one that will be in RAID, two of them will be in mirror mode ...

@SINIGR, with the current FreeNAS versions, the data disks and the root/boot devices are separate.

What is wrong with the flash card, that you do not want to use it? A USB memory device can probably replace it more conveniently than a hard drive.

It seems to me that he does not want to boot. I'll try to 16GB of flash cards
Moreover, it seems that I have destroyed the file system. Paragon can not even format it, and when formatting Windows gives an error)))

The flash drive only needs to be 4GB in size, you do not need any larger capacity. If it does not boot from the flash drive then you may need to change the BIOS settings or maybe your hardware does not support booting from a USB device. Also, hopefully you are trying to run FreeNAS 9.2.1.9 and not 9.3-Beta.

Yes, I run the latest stable version, not beta. I'm still trying to install suspended FreeNAS, iron went to other purposes. But soon I will try to make you all recommended to me, thank you. Booting from USB drive in the BIOS is.
