(suddenly) very slow copy over Network

Hi,

for an unknown time i have the following problem:

Windows-PC connection to Truenas-Server is 10Gbit

2 Pools with 3x10GB (Z1)
Copy NAS to PC is 250MB/s
Copy PC to NAS is 250MB/s

copy from Pool1 to Pool2 from PC (Windows-Explorer or Total Commander) is only about 10MB/s !?!?

Truenas-Version (12+13+Scale) shows same behaviour, another PC: same

I am pretty sure the last time i copied Pool 1 to 2 the speed was 250mb/s too

any ideas?
