I would like to build a FreeNAS server able to
Mainboard: Supermicro X11SPi-TF
Processor: Intel Xeon Silver 4112
Memory: 64 GB EEC DDR4
SSD (OS only): 2x Samsung SSD 128 GB 850 PRO [RAID 1]
Storage: 2x Western Digital Red 8 TB to begin with, soon joined by 2x Western Digital Red 4 TB
LAN: onboard 10GbE
This will be my first FreeNAS build. What do you think?

I would like to build a FreeNAS server able to
- Store my files (a few Terabytes)
- Smoothly run a Windows and Linux VMs, sometimes at the same time
- And act as a MongoDB server (several Terabytes of data, hundred of millions of small documents)
