i installed spotweb but its stays on depolyment

Allocate failed due to no healthy devices present; cannot allocate unhealthy devices amd.com/gpu, which is unexpected

but dont need gpu for this app gpu support off is not a option because off plex transcoding

If your system has a single GPU and it's being used by another application (like Plex transcoding as you mentioned), Spotweb won't be able to access it.
Consider stopping Plex transcoding temporarily or allocating exclusive resources for each application if possible.
